Engine Bay Detailing Process

Cleaning your engine bay is not something you need to be doing monthly or biweekly like our Mini Detail service but is definitely a great treat for the complete look!

• After popping the hood, we will inspect the engine and cover any sensitive areas such as your alternator or air intakes. Please feel free to let us know if another area concerns you getting wet.

• We’re not spraying up close like we would your wheels- we like to spray the vehicle a couple of feet away so the water isn't so pressurized and forced. This is to get the heavy dirt, grime, leaves sprayed off.

• After the initial pre rinse, we will use a variety of brushes and an all purpose cleaner to scrub and agitate the debris off.

• We rinse the engine down and dry it with an air blower.

• Once the engine is dry we will use a steam cleaner to detail and touch up any remaining dirt on the engine bay.

• Once the engine looks clean we will use a water based dressing to condition the plastics and a spray wax for the painted portions to give you that freshly detailed look!

   Engine Bay Detail Pricing and Scheduling

   An engine bay detail is $50 and must be accompanied by another service such as a Mini Detail if you'd like a mobile service.

   Scheduling is super easy! Simply give us a call, text or email to discuss availability and we will get it done. This service takes roughly 45 minutes to complete but can take a bit longer if the engine bay is very dirty. Pricing may always vary based on condition.

   We are completely mobile to be able to get the job done at your home, office or job to come out to a fresh, OEM looking engine bay!

   Please note: this service is intended to clean and detail the surface level of the engine. We won't be going super deep inside into the engine to keep it safe. This will greatly improve the aesthetic look of your engine bay while making sure everything is done safely.
